The hype for this film has really got us looking forward to the reviews after the flames and smoke have died down from opening weekend. Will it cause riots? Crazy pilfering in the streets? Another uproar of government damnation hitting the airwaves? I think not.
'Straight Outta Compton' is the story of NWA (N**gaz Wit Attitudes) and the humongous effect they brought to the West Coast and the hip hop genre in it's entirety. The group consisted of Ice Cube, Dr. Dre. Eazy-E, DJ Yella and MC Ren.
This movie promises to shed some light on the story of how the group was assembled in 1989, as well as how they rose to their pivitol pedestal on the hip hop charts.
