 Here's a hard one.... The character of Ursula was based on the popular cross-dressing performer named Harris Glenn Milstead. His professional name was "_______" and he was a film, stage and singing personality from the 1960′s to the 1980′s. He died in 1988, a year-and-a-half before “The Little Mermaid” was released.
